By purchasing on our website, it is understood that you have read and agreed to our exchange policies before checking out. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, especially concerning colors and patterns.
However, in the unfortunate event that a defective or a wrong garment is delivered, no cash refunds can be provided. Only exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
Tags must be intact.
Once your return is received, we will check the quality to ensure it meets these conditions.
If the product delivered is of the wrong size and the required size is not available, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase.
